Formula 1’s pre-season went into overdrive today as Ferrari launched its new SF-24 challenger and Red Bull’s RB20 was snapped during its shakedown run.
With more than a passing nod to the colour scheme of its Le Mans-winning sportscar, Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc wants his new car to be “easier to drive”, while team boss Fred Vasseur vows that “bold choices” have been made to ensure it can challenge for the 2024 F1 title.
Meanwhile, at Silverstone, Red Bull’s new car was in action ahead of its launch on Thursday. With all the scrutiny surrounding team boss Christian Horner, Max Verstappen’s latest ride was papped for all the world to see.
