Pro-Line Fugitive Lite & Transistor off-road tyres Posted: 28 Jun 2016 11:22 AM PDT Coming soon from Pro-Line are the Fugitive Lite 1/8th buggy and Transistors 2.2″ 2WD front tyres. Starting with the 1/8th-related tyre, the Fugitive Lite is the little brother to the World Championship winning Fugitive with a very similar tread layout but with significantly smaller pins. The smaller pins results in a lighter weight tyre that accelerates and brakes quicker while still maintaining great wear characteristics. The tyre fits most 1/8th buggy rims and it comes in X2, X3, M3 and M4 compounds and including closed cell inserts. Also new is the 2.2″ Transistor 2WD buggy front tyre. Meant to provide good, consistent steering the tyre is ideal for indoor clay and outdoor blue groove conditions. When compared to the Electron front tyres, most drivers feel that the Transistor makes the buggy easier to drive, which is an important performance tuning option for certain track conditions. While the tyre looks similar to the previous VTR Transistor, the 2.2″ Transistor has been completely redesigned for improved performance and wear over the original. It is available in M4 and MC compound including closed cell inserts. Source: Pro-Line [prolineracing.com] FacebookTwitterGoogle+Pin It |
