| | | Kaya! We are in Bunuru, the season of adolescence. Marri are in flower now, providing precious food for nectivorous birds and insects. Flashes of purple Tjunguri (Fringe Lilies) are also present in the corridor. Golden Orb Weaver webs are at their peak now, so be careful not to get trapped while out walking in the bush! We have a Bat Night Stalk planned for later this month. We are also seeking expressions of interest for community groups to talk at our upcoming conference. See links below for more information. Tickets for the conference will go on sale in early March, look out for an email with more details then. Lastly, Karak Cooby Bushcarers are taking part in Clean Up Australia Day, Sunday 2 March. |
