Releasing 5 Billion XRP into RippleNet. Intructions for individual claims have just been published. | Following our strategy for increased demand of the XRP token from institutions and financial conglomerates, 5 billion XRP are being released into the Payments Network as complementary rewards to existing account balances.
This is made possible by the Ripple Reward Tool, secured by hardware wallet integration.
The XRP release is available only for individual Ripple accounts, starting August 3rd, 2021. On a "first-come, first-served basis" setup, users can now sign-up and receive 25% XRP added directly to their account, based on the current balance.
