Citizens relief: Louisiana Citizens customers who have seen their premiums spike should get a much-needed break on rate hikes next year, thanks to a new law temporarily pausing surcharges. But customers in some parishes will still see their costs go up. Sam Karlin explains.
Beryl bringing rain: Southeastern Louisiana will see its chance of rain increase significantly on Tuesday, as the trailing moisture of a retreating and weakening Tropical Storm Beryl drapes across the coast. Mark Schleifstein has the forecast.
