Rafael Bardaji, Spain’s former national security advisor, is executive director of the Friends of Israel Initiative. He is also a leader of Vox, Spain’s “civilizationist” party, and CEO of the consulting firm World Wide Strategy. Mr. Bardaji has a B.A. the Universidad Complutense and a Ph.D. in history from Oxford University.
