Douglas J. Feith is a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute. He served as Under Secretary of Defense for Policy in 2001-05 and wrote War and Decision: Inside the Pentagon at the Dawn of the War on Terror (HarperCollins: 2008). Mr. Feith has an A.B. from Harvard and a J.D. from Georgetown. He is writing a history of the Arab-Israeli conflict.
