From a reading of BRISK VERSE

Our first batches of Brisk Verse have made it to the post office and are on the way and the next wave will go by this weekend. We are hoping that a few of you brave souls will find a favorite and videotape yourself reading OUT LOUD. Reading poetry out loud is really a gift that you can share — something lighthearted, poignant or even controversial. Please send your video to admin@garrisonkeillor.com (under 60 sec preferred).

Personalized requests for those “near and dear to you” order deadline is May 15 . There are some “guy poems” in this collection, so think Father’s Day.
