Removing Barriers to Enrollment for Under-Represented Populations
 
As enrollment declines and demographics shift, institutions are looking for ways to remove the barriers that prevent under-represented populations from enrolling. While the main problem is often financial, there are many other hurdles that stop potential students from ever applying or setting foot on a college campus.
