After a brief hiatus, we are stoked resume regular operations starting today! We are fully open 11AM-8PM every day.

The team has been hard at work deep-cleaning the taproom and packaging some new beers!

On Thursday 1/14, we will be releasing a completely revamped version of a beer from our seasonal lineup - Hoplite India Pale Lager.

A Hoplite soldier was the most common type of heavily armed foot-soldier in Ancient Greece from the 7th to 4th centuries BC. This clean, hop-forward lager would have any citizen ready to suit up for battle in a moment’s notice.

Hoplite IPL is a sessionable 5.5% lager dry hopped with Sabro, Summit, and Mandarina Bavaria.

The hop profile of this beer emits the aromas of a freshly opened bag of tropical starburst. Tasting notes of coconut, tangerine zest, and cantaloupe take center stage in this crisp, clean, and crushable beer.

Available starting Thursday for pours in the taproom, and bottles/growlers to go.
