Reopening plans approved for 14 S.C. school districts

S.C. Superintendent of Education Molly Spearman has now approved reopening plans for every public school district in the state. Richland School District Two was among the schools to have plans approved Monday.

The first phase of the Port of Charleston's newest terminal is set to open in March. Once the first phase is complete, the 286-acre project will add 700,000 TEUs of annual throughput capacity to South Carolina's port system.
