| Christians found murdered on 50th wedding anniversary | | A Christian couple in Massachusetts who didn't show up for their 50th wedding anniversary celebration on Sunday was found brutally stabbed and beaten to death inside their Newton home. According to a release from the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office, Gilda D’Amore, 73, her husband, Bruno D’Amore, 74, and her mother, Lucia Arpino, 97, were discovered by a person who went to check on them after they did not show up at the celebration; a main suspect has been arrested and charged with the triple homicide. Read more. | | Roam Ministry leader fatally shot in Orlando | | Pastor Jonathan Frazier of Roam Ministry died on Monday after being shot during an event at a banquet hall in Orlando, Fla., on Saturday. Frazier is the second person to die in the aftermath of the shooting. Two other men who were shot are in stable condition. Read more. | | Report: Pastor who shot wife had history of domestic violence | | Danny Prenell Jr., the 25-year-old Louisiana pastor who shot his wife and then himself at a Mississippi hotel in the presence of their children last Wednesday, had a history of domestic violence, court records show. Gabrielle Prenell, 27, who remains hospitalized in stable condition, filed a "petition for protection from abuse" against Prenell in 2016, stating that she had been "constantly getting beaten" and feared for her life and the life of her unborn child.
