 The NIH Office of AIDS Research (OAR) leads the effort across NIH to establish HIV research priorities and develop the NIH Strategic Plan for HIV and HIV-Related Research. This plan guides the largest public investment in HIV research, building on scientific progress and opportunities for advancing research to end to the HIV pandemic.  OAR has issued a Request for Information (RFI) as one source of input to inform development of the FY 2026â2030 NIH Strategic Plan for HIV and HIV-Related Research.  Feedback from all interested constituentsâincluding, but not limited to, researchers, health care professionals, advocates and health advocacy organizations, scientific or professional organizations, public health officials, government agencies, and community membersâis a critical part of this process. The RFI is open until March 28, 2024.
