A photograph shows two people, visible from behind, looking down over an interior courtyard. They are behind a railing and next to a column. A large metallic hanging modern sculpture is suspended from the ceiling of the courtyard. In the background, the arches of a second-floor corridor across the courtyard are visible, and large paintings hang on the wall.
Starting today, you can book your next visit to the Harvard Art Museums with a new online reservation system. The museums will reopen to the public on Saturday, September 4. Please note that reservations are required for all visits and that masks are mandatory while inside the museums. Please review our General Policies page to learn about all current health and safety measures in place.

Explore and enjoy our vast collections, spanning ancient to modern times and spread over three floors of galleries. In our exhibition States of Play: Prints from Rembrandt to Delsarte, take a closer look at the world of printmaking and see how artists such as Pablo Picasso, Lee Krasner, and Edvard Munch reworked their images. Our new ReFrame initiative, which reimagines the function, role, and future of the university art museum, introduces new artworks to many of our spaces, including Kehinde Wiley’s 2020 painting Portrait of Asia-Imani, Gabriella-Esnae, and Kaya Palmer.

We look forward to welcoming you soon!
