Universal precautions should be observed whenever workers may have contact with human blood, blood products, and other bodily fluids that contain visible blood.
 According to the 2019 HCPro Residency Coordinator Salary Survey, approximately 67% of respondents have received a pay increase within the past year. This is slightly better than the 2017 survey in which 66% of respondents reported receiving a pay increase. However, the 2019 survey results are still down from the 2016 results in which more than 75% of respondents reported pay increases.
