Kissel | Metro editorA federal judge has tossed out the indictment of a man pulled over after a traffic stop last January, and in doing so called the policeman's tactics a "foul" against the justice system. The judge was concerned about the initial reason for the stop, and the subsequent search of his apartment. As the federal government changes guidelines on vaccine distribution to fight the coronavirus, Louisiana is preparing for mass vaccination sites. The governor says the state is "rehearsing" for how it would give out doses on a grand scale. And do you remember where you were a year ago?
