Looks like I’m going to have to wean myself off my nightly plate of fruit and crackers if I want to get solid sleep, according to today’s Health & Wellness story. Snacking in bed -- among other issues -- can sabotage our rest. 
 
And I can’t have that. Good rest -- and poor rest -- affects my entire day. It’s the difference between focusing and functioning well or fighting wearily (and overdoing it on the carbs) throughout the day.
