A friend of mine, when he heard about my blood pressure issues, told me to drink dandelion tea. He wanted me to pick dandelions and make them into a tea. (“Talk to the lady who sells flowers at the cemetery on Valentine Road. Tell her Tyrone sent you.”) I opted instead to just buy a box at Whole Foods. It’s like drinking bad breath. But I agree that tea has numerous health benefits, which we see highlighted in today’s Health and Wellness story. I enjoy a spicy chai, a soothing lemon and mint fusion and Trader Joe’s Winter Dream (I’ll actually buy several boxes of these during the holiday season so I can enjoy it throughout the year).
