Reusable "eco2go" Boxes Program Relaunches

The pandemic has changed many aspects of our lives, including the way we eat. The relaunch of a reusable to-go container program - eco2go - for the fall of 2020, is one major investment designed to enable and encourage lower impact dining on the Danforth campus. Eco2go containers are the most sustainable to-go container option, but they have also proven to be significantly better at retaining heat and preserving the quality of the food served, and they are also much more convenient to carry around. In order for the program to be successful in the long run, the boxes must be returned and reused as many times as possible. Eco2go boxes can be used 1000 times before needing to be replaced! Eco2go containers are available (no charge) at the DUC, BD, Parkside Café, and the Village, and can be returned after use to any WashU Dining Services location. More>>
