Tip of the week
CMS held a listening session on August 22 to discuss the proposals from the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule proposed rule. The agency fielded many questions from providers and stakeholders regarding the proposed changes to E/M documentation and payment. A recording of the call is available to Revenue Cycle Advisor subscribers in its entirety here. Comments on the proposed rule are due by September 10.
