Although most physicians have experienced a cyberattack, they still value the ability to share electronic protected health information, according to an American Medical Association report released December 11.

This week, the AHA urged Congress to pass the Creating and Restoring Equal Access to Equivalent Samples Act and H.R. 4392. This would prevent a 30% reduction for oupatient drugs under the 340B drug savings program from going into effect, stated Tom Nickels, executive vice president of AHA at a hearing.
