Potential theft of Arkansas Children’s Hospital patients’ PHI

A former Arkansas Children’s Hospital employee is under investigation for misusing patients’ personal health information (PHI) for personal gain, according to an announcement from the hospital.

CMS recently posted a 2017 Performance Feedback User Guide to help participants understand their 2017 Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) performance feedback. Clinicians, groups, participants in the MSSP or ACOs, and their authorized representatives will be able to view MIPS performance feedback by logging into qpp.cms.gov with the same EIDM credentials used to submit and view data during the submission period.
