Revisiting the Classics: Knob Creek 12 Is an Ideal Bourbon

As you are no doubt aware, we here at InsideHook are committed to discovering new whiskies — new distilleries, new expressions, new styles, even. But in doing so, in indulging this obsession with staying up to date on the most recent drops, it’s easy to forget that there’s a veritable ocean of extremely good and reliable whiskey already out there.

So with that said, we’re excited about a new series we’re launching today, Revisiting the Classics, in which we will do exactly that: reacquaint ourselves with bottles we’ve had before but don’t often reach for anymore. We’re hoping we’ll rekindle some old love affairs along the way.

For our first installment, Kirk Miller spent some time with Knob Creek 12. Spoiler alert: It’s extremely delicious.
