My cherry tomatoes are getting ripe and I plan to make tomato juice and put it in the freezer. I am enjoying snacking on these sweet cherry tomatoes. The skins are tough so I have to remove that from my mouth after chewing on it.

In our family, if we use a paper towel to dry out clean but wet hands, we put the unwrinkled flattened wet paper towel on the counter to dry. Then we can reuse the relatively clean and now dry paper towel in the garage to check oil levels, clean tools, greasy hands, etc.

I want my eggs firm enough for slicing but not really hard boiled. I've forgotten them a couple of times and cooked them too long. I found there is a direct relationship between how long an egg is boiled and how easily it can be peeled, and whether there is a green cast to the outer part of the yolk.

Homemade Marinara Dipping Sauce

A lot of store-bought and restaurant marinara dipping sauces have an unusual amount of extra ingredients and high levels of sugar. Make your own at home and control what you put in it. I wanted some marinara sauce today but I only diced tomatoes at the ready. I used a stevia sugar mix in place of the sugar. It did just the trick!
