After more than two years on and off the market, Rick and Kathy Hilton have finally sold the extravagant Bel Air mansion they spec-built for a heavily discounted $25 million, or 55% less than the $55 million they originally asked. The buyer, a billionaire beverage tycoon from Mainland China, now holds the keys to a stately three-story residence with a basement-level entertainment area, a wine room, swimming pool and a poolside guesthouse. And across the globe, soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly bought a not-yet-completed mansion on Dubai’s Jumeirah Bay Island following his first season with Saudi Arabian professional football club Al Nassr.
