The week's biggest real estate stories.
Rihanna is making moves. The Barbadian superstar has paid $21 million for a mansion-sized condo that spans the entire 40th floor of a Century City skyscraper. The 9,000-square-foot penthouse sports a soundproof movie theater, a master retreat with its own private lounge and four separate outdoor terraces with panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and city skyline. And out in Malibu, former NHL star Chris Chelios is offering his Malibu home for $75 million. Located in a gated community, the seaside compound overlooks Paradise Cove and offers 90 feet of beach frontage. |
