Oscar winner Jessica Chastain and her Italian fashion exec husband Gian Luca Pasi De Preposulo have hung a $7.5 million price tag on an elegant Manhattan apartment that was once owned by exalted conductor and composer Leonard Bernstein. Situated on the fourth floor of the storied Osborne building directly across from Carnegie Hall, the rambling four-bedroom apartment’s beautifully preserved 19th-century architectural features include mahogany paneled, plaster moldings and leaded-glass transoms made by Tiffany Studios.
