After only two years, "Riverdale" star KJ Apa has hoisted his $3 million Hollywood Hills retreat onto the market. The Spanish-inspired home has been given a cosmetic refresh, though it's still got the same beautiful wood-beamed ceilings, arched doorways and spacious roof terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. Elsewhere, the eldest son of Maria Shriver and California’s former Governator, Patrick Schwarzenegger, has sold his West Hollywood modern farmhouse for $5 million. Schwarzenegger is, however, far from homeless; he's been building a house in Santa Monica since 2019.
