The week's biggest real estate stories.
It’s not quite Wayne Manor, but Robert Pattinson has bought a hillside house with a Hollywood history. Built in the 1930s, the Spanish Colonial Revival residence was revamped in the mid 2000s by "Flipping Out" star Jeff Lewis and later purchased by Grammy-winning musician Beck, and includes a saltwater pool, brick fireplaces and lavish upgrades throughout. And over in the Big Apple, actress Ellen Barkin has traded her Greenwich Village townhouse for a nearby pre-war apartment house with an attended lobby and full-time doorman. |
