This "Batman" star has left the building. After nearly a full decade of ownership, Hollywood A-lister Robert Pattinson has sold his longtime Hollywood Hills home for $3 million to a hedge fund executive. Built in the 1950s, the hacienda-style bachelor pad offers over 1,900 square feet of living space, plus a kidney-shaped swimming pool and an outdoor courtyard overlooking the surrounding canyons. Elsewhere, a charming home in the mountains above Beverly Hills — famously occupied by one Paul Newman — has hit the market.
