| THE RAINCOATS In addition to the 2 nights (Nov 2 & 3) that The Raincoats' Gina Birch and Ana Da Silva will be at New York City's famed The Kitchen to celebrate the release of the book about their first album The Raincoats, they will also host an evening on Nov 4 with friends for an exclusive benefit for the venue. Palmolive, Anne Wood, Vice Cooler, Jenn Pelly, author of the book and special guests will be gathering onstage with performances, video tributes, films screenings and much more. BUSH TETRAS Earlier this month Bush Tetras performed a stellar set at NYC's Roxy for the launch of Richard Boch's new book 'The Mudd Club'. In the audience were some legends of the New York Downtown scene including photographers Bob Gruen and Dustin Pittman, author and photographer Marcia Resnick, Blondie drummer Clem Burke and designers Marc Jacobs and Joann Berman. The band played their brand new song and also announced their next gig which will be in Brooklyn at the The Bell House with Shilpa Ray and Eszter Balint. |
