| MC5 The Guardian featured MC5 for their 10 of the best where they highlight the most important music artists in rock and pop! In 1983, ROIR released Babes In Arms by MC5 originally on cassette only but now on LP, CD and digitally. The selections on the tape were compiled by the bands legendary guitarist Wayne Kramer from his own privately recorded tapes featuring rare out-takes, mixes, remixes, uncensored and experimental works during the years 1966-1971. Wayne himself has declared that "This is the best of MC5"!

THE RAINCOATS It was announced that Gina Birch and Ana Da Silva from the legendary English band The Raincoats will return to New York City's famed venue The Kitchen in November this year to celebrate the release of the book about their first album released in 1979. In 1982, the band arrived at The Kitchen performing an evening of music that encapsulated a sound and attitude that had rarely been seen before. This live performance was originally a cassette only release on ROIR as 'The Kitchen Tapes'.
