Legislation & Regulation
A joint letter from all 50 state bankers associations urges the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to delay implementation of its rule on small-business data collection and reporting. Placing the rule on hold pending the resolution of a US Supreme Court case involving the CFPB would "be prudent and ameliorate confusion," the groups write.
