Join us at the Korea convention

The 2016 Rotary International Convention, just outside of Seoul, will feature more than 100 breakout sessions, each of them a great opportunity to learn from fellow Rotary members and to meet new friends and potential project partners. Check out the preliminary schedule

Plan to participate in these convention-related events:

  • The Speed Project Fair offers a special opportunity to share information about your project and to connect with potential partners. In this fast-paced 90-minute breakout session on Wednesday, 1 June, project representatives will give five-minute presentations to more than 100 prospective partners. Apply by 15 April for the limited available spots.     
  • And, a month before, take part in a convention orientation webinar. Get tips for finding your way around Seoul; Goyang; and the convention venue, KINTEX. See program highlights from general sessions, breakout sessions, and host events. Hear about resources available to help you before and during the convention. Register today:

How do you maintain interest and keep participants engaged? Depending on the training topic, it can be difficult to continually harness energy in the classroom. One technique is to vary the types of activities in a session, and throughout your training event, to keep participants involved.
