Rotterdam, the maritime capital of Europe, is preparing a warm welcome for international visitors and exhibitors at Europort 2019. The city’s Mayor, Ahmed Aboutaleb, has extended an open invitation to attendees to see for themselves what a dynamic, cosmopolitan and business-friendly place Rotterdam is. He points out: "Drawing on centuries of experience and tradition in shipping and trade, today’s Rotterdam is a vibrant hub, characterised by innovation and creativity.” Europe’s biggest port, Rotterdam is a leading centre for logistics, maritime services, offshore technology, shipbuilding and shiprepair activities.
