Queen Elizabeth's granddaughter participated in the monarch's Platinum Jubilee celebrations last week, including a thanksgiving service at St. Paul's Cathedral. For the event, the princess wore a black fascinator and had a portion of her hair tied back, showing off a small circular tattoo behind her ear.
Per People, Princess Eugenie may be the highest person in the British line of succession to the throne with a visible tattoo. But she isn't the only royal to mark herself with permanent art.
