The third and final event, Essentials for Responding to Crises Online, is this Thursday, November 3rdat 1 PM ET. Featuring Jenni Olson, GLAAD’s Senior Director of Social Media Safety and Vice President, Digital Marketing and Communication at NAACP Vanessa Mbonu, the event will discuss key things to keep in mind when trying to respond to crises online, like the mental wellness of social media teams and the right way to curate content to mitigate a crisis.
