MIRAGE: 4.9% mixed culture tart saison aged in merlot barrels with apricots. Slightly funky with notes of stone fruit, oak, grape must, and a hint of vanilla. A dry finish makes this one crisp and refreshing.

We are ecstatic to announce Rum Barrel-Aged Vinatta RIS will be available next Thursday 12/19. Available on draft and in bottles to go. No growlers. This is an extremely limited one-off release. We aren't planning to age any, and we recommend you drink it fresh in the company of your loved ones during the holiday season.

Vinátta is typically only released once a year for our anniversary in February/March. This bonus release has been patiently waiting for one year in a rum puncheon, and will be a limited release for the holidays. Yes, we will still have a 2020 release.

Vinátta is a bold 12% double mashed Russian Imperial Stout. This beer has a big, chewy mouthful and has flavors of chocolate and dark stone fruit. 12 months of aging in a rum barrel adds complex notes of oak, spice, rum, and vanilla.
