After 14 years of ownership, David Calvert-Jones is leaving his residential paradise. The nephew of billionaire media mogul Rupert Murdoch is selling his Brentwood estate known as “Paradise Found" for $21 million. Originally designed by noted architect Cliff May and extensively revamped by Calvert-Jones and his wife, the equestrian property includes a 6,200-square-foot main house, a large detached guesthouse, horse stables and a pool. And over in the Big Easy, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's former French Quarter residence in New Orleans is slated for auction in December, with a starting bid of $1 million. |
