CBS Sports Football Pick Six Newsletter

The Seahawks just spent an unholy amount of money on their QB and one of the biggest winners is (...checking notes...) RUSSELL WILSON. But who else won and lost? Brady Quinn and I are split on Ciara but we're on the same page with Dave Gettleman and some other GMs, and nothing gives me joy like putting one QB among the winners.
The draft is just nine days away and if you're busy trying to separate the smokescreens from reality, we can help. Our draft experts (Ryan Wilson, R.J. White and Chris Trapasso) have outlined the options for every single pick and divided everything up team-by-team with all seven rounds ... it's COMPREHENSIVE, man, check it out.
We know the 23 prospects who'll actually be at the draft, but what's the earliest each one could expect to get a bear hug from Roger Goodell? And what's the latest they could be picked? Chris Trapasso says Kyler Murray won't fall any further than No. 4, but Drew Lock's window is big, and one DT could go anywhere between 5 and 32.

Joe Flacco's not a long-term answer (is he a short-term one?) so Denver needs a QB, but is Drew Lock the guy? If John Elway isn't sure, he should do what Tom Fornelli has him doing: add Ed Oliver to a defense that already has Von Miller and Bradley Chubb. That's a mess of nightmare fuel for opposing QBs, and check out who Tom has the Skins trading up for.
Kyler Murray is expected to be the top pick in the draft, and some even foresee him going to Oakland via trade ... fitting, because the Oakland A's made Murray the ninth-overall pick in last year's MLB draft. As it turns out, the A's didn't stop trying to keep Murray on the diamond by any means, including one offer you've got to see.
The Dolphins' new starting QB does not appear to be in the best shape of his life. Ryan Fitzpatrick prefers to call it 'peak offseason form,' and he didn't try to blame his appearance in a recent photo on an unfortunate camera angle or Photoshop. So, what does he blame it on? Get a load of this.
