How to strengthen resiliency skills.


If you find yourself stewing over workplace issues while you're off the clock, then you may need to work on beefing up some of your resiliency skills. This week's feature story offers a tool to help nurse managers do just that. A team of nurse researchers and nurse managers used the R@W Scale to help individuals discover areas where they can develop skills to promote resilience.
