Elsewhere, controversial developer Nile Niami's racked up $165 million in debt to finance "The One." The monstrous and still incomplete Bel-Air mansion has been placed into receivership by the Los Angeles County Superior Court and will be auctioned off in Februrary with a $295 million price tag. The lavish property includes a nightclub, beauty salon and bowling alley, and that’s just for starters.
