S.C. restaurants can now operate at full capacity

Gov. Henry McMaster’s executive order lifted restrictions limiting capacity to 50% and also removed restrictions requiring tables be placed six feet apart. Staff and patrons must still wear face coverings.

Councilwoman charged with filing false Medicaid claims

Latashia Vasthi Lewis is charged with medical assistance provider fraud and faces up to three years in prison. An arrest warrant alleges Lewis submitted fraudulent time entries while working as a health aide for Addus Healthcare.
