S.C. tax deadline moved to May 17

The S.C. Department of Revenue has extended the tax deadline from April 15, following guidance from the Internal Revenue Service. The extension, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, is automatic.

Proposed zoning changes subject of March 23 meeting

The online meeting will address seven proposed zoning changes in Richland County. Residents can submit comments on the proposed rezonings until noon on March 22. 

NFL honors Walter Scott with IAAM donation

The National Football League has made a donation to the International African American Museum through its program that honors victims of systemic racism and police misconduct, as well as heroes of social justice.

Submit Columbia Under Construction projects 

The April 12 edition of the Columbia Regional Business Report will feature Columbia Under Construction, a feature highlighting architecture, engineering and construction in the Midlands. The deadline is March 31. Submit new project information at this link.
