Money matters

Team officials are more than halfway toward their goal of being compliant with the league-mandated salary cap prior to the March 13 deadline. Luke Johnson chronicles the team's recent moves as the Saints continue to trim the financial fat.

New addition

The Saints are adding a former NFL general manager to their front office. Dave Ziegler, the former GM of the Raiders, has reportedly joined the team as a draft consultant.
