It surprised me when Salesforce introduced Agentforce, its upgraded AI bots deemed the future of the company, last week. It seemed perfect to kick off the CRM giant’s Dreamforce confab, which started yesterday. Yet again, I should know better than to second guess Salesforce.

The star spot at the convention went to Data Cloud and what the company calls the “biggest upgrade” in company history. Editor-at-Large Kim Davis has all the details about the upgrade and what it could mean for you.
