AM Thema vom 12.08.2018 Liebe Leserinnen und Leser, seit Donnerstag ist es endlich offiziell, das neue Samsung-Topmodell Galaxy Note 9. Das Smartphone hat eine Dual-Kamera mit verstellbarer Blende und den serientypischen S-Pen dabei, der allerdings um eine neue Fernsteuerungsfunktion erweitert wurde. Eine weitere Neuheit ist die Speichergröße: Das Galaxy Note 9 wird auch mit 512 GB Speicherplatz erscheinen und kann mit einer gleichgroßen microSD-Karte so auf eine Speichergröße von sage und schreibe 1 TB gebracht werden. Vorbestellungen sind jetzt schon möglich, am 24. August ist der Marktstart. Die kommt in zwei Größen und mit der von den Gear-Smartwatches bekannten, drehbaren Lünette sowie mit Tizen-Betriebssystem daher. Weiterhin feiert Samsung mit Galaxy Home den Einstand ins Smart-Speaker-Geschäft und kündigt eine enge Partnerschaft mit Spotify an. August als Termin für den Roll-out von Android 9, am Montag hat Google einfach auf den Startknopf gedrückt: Das neue Smartphone-Betriebssystem ist für Pixel-Smartphones und das Essential Phone da! Und natürlich wird Android 9 Pie auch für viele andere Smartphones erscheinen, die wird schon einmal in einem Überblick für euch aufbereitet haben.
