| Satoita is the creative nom de plume of visual artist Aryssa Hutchins, whose pensive visionary paintings evoke a magical, pleasantly volatile sense of the unknown.
Aryssa works primarily in paint, digital and traditional. She depicts the unseen realms of the psyche through skillful depictions of the human body: her pieces typically emanating strong feeling and motion. She is an avid portrait artist and enjoys the challenge of human figure studies. Aryssa earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration at Boise State University in 2016, but has been a life-long visionary artist. She has exhibited at many venues and was a part of the Swell Artist Collective in Boise, until it disbanded in 2020. In her free time she enjoys video games, music, dancing, being outdoors and taking photos.
