We had dinner at our daughter Debbie's house on Sunday. She makes the best thin-crust pizzas. What's her secret?
Actually, it's two. She uses a pizza dough mix with a relaxer, making the dough soft and malleable with practically no springback. She divides the dough and makes two full-sized thin-crust pizzas.

She uses a pizza roller to roll them thin. It's almost impossible to make a true thin crust without a pizza roller.
