I got a brand new Minnie Mouse costume on Freecycle. I saw from the pictures that the trim in the front was damaged, and it was pretty obvious. I decided to take it anyway, as I have lots of trim I have bought at garage sales.

Egg-Stuffed Pomegranate Meatballs
By attosa
When I think of the ultimate comfort food for these colder nights, my mind goes straight to these meatballs. My mum taught me to make them decades after my grandmother (her mother-in-law) taught her how. These fantastically textured meatballs are on the larger side, and are sweet, savoury, and tart. When you slice one open, you'll find a perfectly cooked hardboiled egg in the center, hugged by plums and sprinkled with softened walnuts. The broth served beneath compliments them so well. I urge you to try these.

In addition to my simple green frame, I also made this super funky frame. I covered a photo frame mat in zen tangles and other little doodles. I absolutely love how it came out and I intend to make a few more in other sizes. I may even add some color to the next one. :)
